Improvements:
- Yum is much faster - not as fast as apt, but getting there.
- PackageKit is much more polished than the package manager GUI F8 used (Pirut and Pup).
- Swfdec works pretty well!
Gripes:
- Firefox 3 occasionally crashes, and many plugin authors haven't updated their plugins to version 3.
- Gkrellm: I haven't seen an error window like this in a while :)

as dorky as it may sound, i wish i could change the gdm theme on fedora 9. i hated having to click my name every time i wanted to log in. i guess i'm just not a fan of the "face" login managers in general.
i think i've heard that f9 might kind of serve as the basis for the next enterprise release, though, so it would make sense for them to get as many advanced technologies out there to be tested now... the theming and stuff can come later, i suppose.
